Balancing Act (36 x 36)We are so pulled in so many directions. CONSTANTLY!

We forget more often than not that a balanced life is more important that “working” yourself to death

Take time, even if you LOVE your job to balance your life – go out, take baths, eat good food, get fresh air, dance, sing, laugh – LOTS, play with your grandson Ezra (oh yeah, that’s me!), phone a friend, BE alone, take time to breathe in life and just BE yourself.

Balance your life – your body, mind and soul will thank you for it.
